Day 02: Fly from Addis to Mekele and upon arrival be transferred to your hotel, and then set out for a visit to the palace of Emperor Yohaness, the nearby museum, and the local Market. Balance of the day, excursion to the church of SilassieChelkot. O/N Hotel.
Day 03: Drive from Mekele to Gheralta and on the way visit the church of Michael Amba. Lunch will be at Wukro. In the afternoon, visit the rock-hewn churches of WukroKirkos, AbrehaAtsebham. O/N Gheralta Lodge.
Day 04: Full day in Gheralta. Morning visit Mariam and Daniel Korkor. Afternoon, visit Mariam Papasite. O/N Gheralta Lodge.
