Day 01 – Arrival at the Bole International Airport, be met and transferred to the hotel for check-in and breakfast, Balance of the day, City Tour of Addis includes Entoto, the former Royal encampment for King Menelik the II (1889-1913), for a panoramic view down to Addis Abeba. The Menelik Palace, the Entoto Museum, and the St. Mary Church are worth a visit for their surviving architectural style. Then drive back to Addis Abeba and on the way visit the National Museum where the finest discovery about the origin of humanity is displayed, at its best, by the 3.2 m y old Hominid Australopithecus Afarensis, Lucy locally named Dinknesh “ Thou Art Wonderful”. Then a Coffee drink time is a must to end the day in great spirit, at the Aster Coffee or Tomoca. Finally, return to the hotel. Dinner will be at the hotel. O/n Hayat Regency or Raddison Blue.
Day 02 – after breakfast, proceed to the airport for your flight to Jimma. Upon arrival, be transferred to the Central Hotel for lunch. Balance of the day, visit King Abba Jiffar Palace and the Jimma Museum. O/n Central Hotel
Day 03 – after breakfast, drive to Bonga 115 km away which is the homeland of Ethiopian Coffee (Coffee Arabica). Check-in and lunch will be at the hotel and balance of the day, visit the Royal Compound of the Kefa Kings which is located 5km from the town, and then visit the Bareta Falls which will be taking 1 h round trip on foot. Day 04 – Full day in Bonga. Morning an excursion to Menkira 25km from Bonga and this is where in the 13th C. AD, Kaldis first discovered the wild Coffee. Here the coffee forest is all natural and you spend as much time as you want visiting the coffee forest. Picnic lunch will be served here right after the Coffee Visit. A welcoming Coffee Ceremony will be held at the local family house. On the way back, visit the so call the Bridge of God and the historical Andiracha Medahinialem Church. O/n Coffee Land Hotel
Day 05 – After breakfast, drive to Sodo via Chida and lunch will be on the way. O/n Sodo Abebe Bekele Hotel or Lewi Resort.
Day 06 – After breakfast, drive to Awassa. O/n Haile or Lewi Resort.
Day 07 – A visit to the local fish market in the morning is the best way to start the day and then a short boat trip on Lake Awassa rewards just a good number of hippos and colorful water birds. Then drive to Yirgalem for lunch at the Aregash Lodge. Afternoon a forest walk for Coffee and birds as well. O/n Aregash Lodge.
Day 08 – Morning Excursion to Yirgacheffee a town home to the Sidamo Coffee and on the way visit some local coffee farms and cooperatives. Lunch will be at a local Restaurant. Later return to Aregash Lodge and on the way visit the Tututi and Tutu Fela Stele Parks. O/n Aregash Lodge
Day 09 – after breakfast, drive to Langano and on the way visit the Abijatta – Shalla Lakes National Park. Lunch will be at the Sabana Lodge. O/n Sabana Lodge
Day 10 – drive back to Addis via Zeway and Debrezieth and lunch will be at Pyramid Resort. Afternoon, proceed to Addis Abeba for a short time Day -Use Room at the Hotel. Later leave the hotel for dinner and finally transfer to the airport for your flight back home. End Of The Tour.
